Tasks

-Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. -Manage contracts, budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. -Drive compliance with safety regulations and company standards. -Provide mentorship and guidance to project engineers and assistant PMs. -Lead coordination between owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

We Search People are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead large-scale multifamily residential and mixed-use construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is an opportunity to join a nationally recognized builder with a strong portfolio of luxury apartments, student housing, affordable housing, and military family communities. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). -Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.). -Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. -Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $10M. -5+ years of project management experience, preferably in multifamily or large-scale residential construction.
