You'll be the vital link between their customers and contractors, coordinating repairs and resolving defects with efficiency and care. If you thrive on problem-solving and want to make a real difference to people's homes, we want to hear from you. -Coordinating aftercare repairs and defect resolutions for new homeowners -Maintaining accurate records and reporting on aftercare performance -Building strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers -Managing workloads efficiently using planning and scheduling systems -Scheduling and managing contractors to ensure timely completions -Ensuring excellent customer service at every touchpoint -Liaising with customers, keeping them informed throughout the process
