Tasks

-Identifying risks related to Rental Equipment and assist with internal audits -Creating and issuing PO's to regional service departments and external suppliers -Manage PPSR registration for each Rental Machine and ensure all documentation & insurances have been received & signed prior to machine release -Coordinate the quality/pre delivery checks on assets as required prior to release -Coordinate all aspects of rental administration for the rental machine fleet -Processing incoming rental units as well as preparing quotes and rentals agreements -Communication with Rental Supervisor for Parts, Service and Technical Support regarding maintenance and service machine activity -Management of all machine attachment activities including identification, inspections, storage and transport

What You Bring

-Strong organisational skills including the ability to meet deadlines -Experience in a similar coordinator role within earthmoving/capital equipment industry -Technical and mechanical understanding of earthmoving equipment -Expertise in Microsoft suite -Highly developed communication and relationship management skills
