-Research and resolve missing or unclear case details using internal systems and public databases -Apply client criteria to determine eligibility while maintaining business and legislative compliance requirements -Review and verify criminal, civil, and other public records as part of rental applicant background screenings -Accurately document findings and respond to internal questions regarding pending searches, results, or screening guidelines

What You Bring

-Prior experience in research, court records, investigations, or a related area involving criminal or civil court systems -Strong attention to detail and high accuracy -Experience in a criminal court, police department, or probation department setting, including internships -Basic understanding of legal or court terminology -Good research and problem-solving skills -Professional and clear communication skills -Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, legal studies or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment -Knowledge of the criminal and civil court systems, criminal records, and landlord/tenant civil records -Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
