Tasks

- Assist in planning CPD sessions, training, and team social events - Support the Finance Manager with staff expenses and receipt tracking - Support with scheduling, document preparation, and client communications - Cover reception duties when needed, ensuring a professional front-of-house presence - Draft and respond to correspondence as required - Organise QA meetings (ISO/WREN/Project checklists) and support project administration - Provide light PA support to directors — managing diaries, meetings, and travel - Assist with studio facilities, supplies, and maintenance - Assist with volunteering initiatives and studio-wide events - Keep project management software and HR databases (Rapport3) updated - Provide telephone and general administrative support across the team - Help update company policies, guidance documents, and HR records - Coordinate company meetings, appraisals, and staff calendars - Support the employee life cycle — onboarding, inductions, and work experience placements - Provide administrative support to project teams as required This is a pivotal position at the heart of a busy creative studio, providing vital support across administration, HR coordination, and light PA duties. Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and collaborators, you’ll help maintain the smooth running of the studio while ensuring it remains a warm, well-organised, and professional environment.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will be confident and proactive — equally comfortable managing day-to-day studio operations, supporting project teams, or assisting directors with scheduling and correspondence. - Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team - Right to work in the UK - Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail - Confident, professional, and approachable communication style - Experience using InDesign is advantageous - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - A background or keen interest in architecture, design, or creative industries is desirable A highly regarded architecture and design studio is seeking an organised, adaptable, and personable Studio Administrator & PA to join its friendly London team. - 1–2 years’ experience in a similar administrative or studio-based role
