Tasks

-Lead and coordinate the activities of material handlers to meet daily distribution goals. Assign tasks and monitor workflow to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. -Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and audits. -Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to support 5s standardization. Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular equipment and area inspections. -Train team members on equipment operation, safety procedures, and standard operating processes. -Ensure proper handling of goods including loading, unloading, staging, and replenishment. -Communicate operational updates and issues to supervisors and other departments.

What You Bring

-Valid forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment. -Must be willing and able to work in SAP systems and adapt to fast paced work environment. -3+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations. Leadership experience preferred. -Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology. Understanding of distribution center workflows and inventory control practices. -High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in logistics or warehouse operations preferred. -Ability to motivate and guide team members to meet performance targets with clear and professional communication.
