Tasks
-Mentor and develop team members by providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance skillsets and promote growth. -Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and client expectations across all projects and engagements. -Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for new business and expanding existing accounts. -Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and other departments to meet client needs and maximize profitability through upselling and cross-selling. -Oversee project execution and account management, maintaining responsibility for profit and loss, budgeting, and operational efficiency. -Conduct regular performance reviews and collaborate with Human Resources to maintain accurate personnel records. -Negotiate client contracts, establish project timelines, and ensure deliverables are met with high-quality standards. -Coordinate staffing and scheduling to support accurate and prompt invoicing for electrical contracts, repairs, and remodels. -Prepare and present reports on account progress, team goals, and quarterly initiatives for internal stakeholders and strategic planning. -Lead and manage the Electrical Division team, including Project Managers, Lead Technicians, and Apprentices, ensuring alignment with company goals and performance standards. -Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collections in accordance with company terms, targeting aging reduction to 30 days or less.

What You Bring
-Solid understanding of profit and loss principles and financial reporting. -Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage personnel, delegate responsibilities, and foster a collaborative team environment. -High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present, negotiate, and build lasting client relationships. -Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical industry management, including direct supervision of teams and project oversight. -Professional appearance and demeanor required. -Valid driver’s license required; electrical license is a plus. -Strong background in electrical systems, project management, and client account management. -Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and delivering client-focused solutions. -Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple client accounts and project timelines. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with project tracking tools.
