The Role

Overview

Admin support for site services, handling travel, orders, reports, and compliance tasks.

Tasks

-Answering telephone enquiries and providing general admin support -Managing security clearance records -Overseeing PPE requests, returns, and recycling -Creating and maintaining cost reports and trackers -Supporting project teams with training and medical compliance -Handling supplier payments and resolving invoice queries -Processing goods received notes (GRNs) -Maintaining office records and technical competency files -Booking travel and accommodation -Raising and issuing purchase orders -Covering other business support roles as needed -Coordinating site and facility inductions

What You Bring

-Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills -Familiarity with Oracle, InspHire, or similar systems -Experience liaising across departments and with external suppliers -Experience in construction or hire industry environments -Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Teams) -Confident personality and able to build relationships across the business. -High attention to detail and pride in accuracy -Office Administration experience. -Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively -Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
