The Role

Overview

Part‑time remote Document Controller for a CCUS engineering project (≈20 h/week).

Tasks

-Liaising with Engineers, Project Management & Clients. -Building and notifying transmittals. -Operation of Project EDMS systems. -Providing Engineering teams with Document Control support & troubleshooting. -Following procedures and workflows. -Reporting – assisting with status / progress measurement & tracking. -Performing conformity checks for correctness of documents for number, titles and sign-off.

What You Bring

-A background in document control on projects across the engineering or energy industries. -Ability to work alone as well as part of a team. -Good understanding of Microsoft Excel -Strong working knowledge of EDMS systems. -Flexible and proactive with excellent organisation skills. -A solid understanding of company organisation and flow structure. -Accurate with a strong attention to detail. -Wide ranging knowledge and experience within a Document Control environment in the engineering sector. -Excellent organisational skills, and experience with EDMS tools and effective filing.
