Tasks

-Identifying investment themes and trends -Report writing for subscriber clients, as well as for public facing research papers -Assisting our external and internal clients with their additional enquiries and ad hoc research requirements -Developing internal and external client relationships and becoming an expert in the markets you cover -Collating and analysing data for your designated property sector

What You Bring

-A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills -Recent graduate or 1 to 2 years industry experience -Qualifications in Economics, Finance or other analytical disciplines will be highly regarded -Confident, positive, and well organised -Training in, or knowledge of, the real estate sector is highly desirable but not essential -Competent with Excel and other Microsoft packages and (Word, Powerpoint and particularly Excel) -Detail orientated with a good eye for accuracy, process and deadline driven as well as a multi-tasker
