Overview
Develop and maintain advanced 3D BIM models, coordinate digital tasks, and mentor team.

Tasks
-Planning and coordinating digital tasks, and keeping teams informed on progress. -Creating and maintaining accurate BIM models that meet project and client needs. -Recording and sharing any design assumptions clearly with the team. -Supporting and mentoring team members in 3D modelling, 4D sequencing, and 5D quantification. -Presenting technical details in 3D models, drawings, and data-rich outputs. -Helping ensure digital outputs are high quality, clear, and on time. -Building positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to support BIM strategies.

What You Bring
-Familiarity with Solibri, Trimble Connect, Lumion, Twinmotion, or Power BI. -Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards. -Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team. -Degree or significant experience in construction, civil engineering, or related field (not purely architectural), with at least 5 years' relevant experience. -Strong 3D modelling, drawing production, and BIM data management experience. -Clear communication skills and a collaborative, open approach to teamwork. -Willingness to occasionally travel to other offices, projects, and events. -BIM-related certifications (BRE, buildingSMART, etc.). -3+ years' experience using BIM or 3D technology. -Understanding of design, manufacturing, and construction processes. -Willingness and ability to help others develop their digital skills. -Skilled in Autodesk products (Revit, ACC Suite, Navisworks). -Experience with other 3D platforms (Civil 3D, Tekla, Bentley Suite, ArchiCAD). -Experience with scripting/programming (Dynamo, Python, HTML).
