Overview

Supervise cleaning, security, hygiene, waste and support services at client sites.

Tasks

-Ordering of cleaning supplies and materials, (products which are re-ordered on a regular basis. Any -In the absence of the SSM organise reactive staff cover in the event of staff absence -Oversee site specific forms are being completed on a monthly or weekly basis, such as Fire -Ensuring lost property is taken to the police office and the file is up to date -In the absence of SMM support with Recruitment, onboarding, TMG, Timesheets, Payroll, Staff -Support SSM with day to day management of Security, Cleaning and Maintenance teams
