Overview

Provide front-of-house guest service and support facilities operations as leave cover.

-Be the heart of the workplace and first point of engagement with customers -Facilities administration work – purchase orders, data and maintenance registers -Assist the Facilities Management team with day-to-day operations -Elevate the customer experience every day through front of house activities -Provide superior customer service and build strong relationships with our client

What You Bring

-Experience in customer service and/or front of house / client facing in a professional / corporate environment -Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines. -Ability to think quickly on their feet and problem solve -Previous experience in facilities, property, or related role desired -Confident in performing administrative tasks and working collaboratively -Approachable and skilled in building genuine rapport and fostering positive relationships -Intermediate to advanced skill level in core Microsoft Packages – Word, Excel and Outlook -Is dedicated to exceptional customer service and has a customer centric approach to all tasks
