Tasks

-Category Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of multi-year global category plans to reduce total delivered cost, mitigate headwinds, and enhance supply security. -Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and professional growth. -Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver maximum value through collaborative initiatives, aligning category strategies with business objectives. -TCO Execution & Analysis: Lead comprehensive sourcing efforts including spend analytics, market analysis, wave strategy development, and supplier negotiations to capture structural savings. -Strategic Sourcing Infrastructure: Design and support the development of sourcing processes, tools, and analytics infrastructure to ensure supplier availability, quality, and cost competitiveness. -Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships that drive continuous improvement in performance, quality, productivity, and service levels. -Reporting & Communication: Communicate sourcing strategies, performance metrics, and results to senior management, translating market trends into actionable opportunities. -Coaching & Capability Building: Mentor and coach Category Managers on the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Sourcing methodologies to enhance team capabilities and maturity across the sourcing function. -Contracting & Negotiation: Develop and implement contracting strategies and negotiate key commercial terms across indirect categories (and select raw materials, packaging, and finished goods) to ensure Tarkett’s most competitive sourcing position.

What You Bring

-Deep experience in negotiation and contract management -Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment -Strong stakeholder management and influence skills using data-driven insights to shape decisions -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred) -Proven leadership experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing teams -Demonstrated history of leadership, teamwork, and project management -Minimum 5 years of experience in Category Strategy Development and Strategic Sourcing -10+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement -Advanced Excel and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite -Exceptional verbal and written communication skills -Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail -Strong results orientation, competitive drive, and professional presence
