Manage employee relations, compensation, performance and engagement for a construction firm.

What You Bring

-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. -Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data in an ethical and professional manner. -PHR or SHRM-CP certification, or desire and motivation to complete within first year of employment. -Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resource Generalist experience in a mid-to-large organization. -Exhibited experience with compensation benchmarking tools and salary structure design. -Demonstrated strong customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills. -Intermediate level of proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office programs, including excel. -Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations. -Familiarity with open shop and union environments. -Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and physical. -Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization. -Ability to work as a team member and independently. -Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or equivalent years of applicable Human Resources Generalist experience, of which two include employee relations and compensation. -Proven experience in employee relations and compensation strategy development. -Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
