Tasks

-Supporting project phasing, change order analysis, and forensic schedule reviews. -Providing training and mentorship to project teams on scheduling best practices. -Collaborating with trade partners to integrate their timelines into the master schedule. -Traveling to job sites as needed to support on-the-ground coordination and updates. -Analyzing project progress and providing weekly updates, forecasts, and risk assessments. -Leading pull planning sessions and helping teams align on milestones and deliverables. -Creating and maintaining detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6and other tools.

What You Bring

-3+ yearsof experience in construction scheduling or project management. -A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and planning. -A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). -Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and engineering documents. -Proficiency in CPM scheduling theoryand tools like Primavera P6. -Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logic, and production rates. -A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse teams.
