- Perform engineering investigations for system updates and upgrades, review field survey data and engineering designs.
- Ensure you and your family receive the services needed to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

- Provide training to field and engineering teams on construction practices.
- Utilize telecom-specific pole analysis tools such as SPIDA Calc, QuickPole, and PLS-CADD.
- Conduct constructability reviews for fiber networks in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Review and advise on telecom easement rights, permitting requirements, and joint-use facilities.
- Arrange and carry out inspections of joint-use facilities within the scope of work.
- Make technical recommendations related to telecom distribution systems.
- Assist in the creation and review of the bill of materials.
- Prepare and report job estimates, including instruction orders and activity breakdowns, factoring in structures, spans, soil types, components, and field conditions.

- Post-secondary education in Electrical/Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English for technical reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Professional interaction with all levels of staff, from front line to leadership.
- Training in safety and experience in the construction industry.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines with poise and confidence.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with emphasis on thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment; repetitive data entry and prolonged sedentary positioning may be required.
- Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure and distribution systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload, managing various responsibilities such as meetings, correspondence, and coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
