Tasks

-Mitigation Technicians are responsible for execution and implementation of appropriate mitigation procedures, as necessary, and following up as required to assure excellent customer service. -Mitigation Technicians are responsible for removal and replacement of damage drywall, Plumbing, and related materials. -Working with your direct supervisor to ensure the team is unified and efficient. -Mitigation Technicians will be responsible to repair and restore the structure.

What You Bring

-Attention to details in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, assets, and equipment. -Experience in demolition, the restoration industry, and basic carpentry skills preferred but not required. -Be able to interact with customers in disaster response activities. -Basic tech skills to use a smartphone/tablet and relevant software. -Availability to work overtime in response to emergency situations, which may include after hours, weekends, or holidays. -Valid unrestricted driver's license. -Physical ability to lift 80 lbs. and comfortable standing on your feet for prolonged periods of time. Ability to work within non-climate-controlled environments.
