Manager, Integrations and RPA

Tasks

-Oversee the design, development, and deployment of new RPA workflows using Microsoft Power Automate. -Manage relationship with partners to ensure proper resources are in place as required. -Manage vendor relationships and ensure partner deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. -Collaborate with enterprise architecture and security teams to align solutions with organizational standards. -Manage the lifecycle of Boomi integrations, including new builds, enhancements, and ongoing support. -Partner with business units to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. -Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards. -Establish and enforce development standards, documentation practices, and governance models. -Ensure timely resolution of production issues and support requests. -Monitor integration queues to ensure integrations are working as expected to meet daily business requirements. -Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. -Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders. -Lead and mentor a team of developers, analysts, and partner resources focused on automation and integration. -Define and execute strategic roadmaps for automation and integration platforms. -Oversee projects in this space to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and with expected quality.

What You Bring

-8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. -Experience with other automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere). -Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and automation frameworks. -Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. -Must be able to follow Company safety rules and all other Company policies -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred. -Collaborative Skills -Certification in Boomi or Power Platform technologies. -Self-Motivated/driven to deliver -Experience working in Agile or hybrid development environments. -Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM). -Problem Solving/Analysis -Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate (including RPA) and Boomi. -Ability to translate business workflows into functional requirements documents.
