Manage housing services and tenant relations for shared owners and leaseholders in Hackney & Tower Hamlets.

What You Bring
-Ability to self-manage a varied and demanding workload, prioritising and organising too -Experience of dealing with customers face to face and respondito customer enquiries on the phone and in writing -Essential car user with a full driving licence is an essential requirement for this role -Housing qualification -Attention to detail and accuracy in writing, reporting and numeracy -Must possess excellent office management skills, managing inboxes, keys etc -Experience of excellent administration skills & analysing customer feedback to achieve service improvements -Ability to collaborate, network and be a strong team player -Experience of dealing with customers from different backgrounds, presenting with complex or challenging needs is essential -Whilst good working knowledge of housing practice, housing law and the principles of service charge management is essential, to really succeed it will be your values and passion that will set you apart. -The ability to manage and report on projects against agreed targets -Experience of working in a social housing setting is essential -At a time of continuing change, you should be able to demonstrate the ability to adapt and be flexible
