  • Assist in creating and modifying 3D BIM models for MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
  • Engage in learning opportunities to expand knowledge of BIM software, MEP design principles, and industry trends
  • Participate in design review meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions
  • Support coordination and clash detection, identifying and resolving conflicts between MEP systems and other building elements
  • Assist in producing drawings, schedules, and reports derived from the BIM model
  • Contribute to our open-source coding platform BHoM (bhom.xyz).
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate and efficient modelling practices
  • Support maintaining and organizing BIM files, adhering to company standards and best practices
  • Develop automated solutions to augment and enhance our BIM processes

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above in Architecture or Engineering with a background in Building Information Modelling (BIM)
  • Interest and/or experience in visual programming (Dynamo, Grasshopper), coding (Python, C#)
  • Familiarity with BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, is preferred
  • Basic understanding of MEP systems and their integration in building design
  • Proactive learner with a desire to expand knowledge and skills in BIM and MEP design
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well both as part of a team and independently
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
