Tasks

-Pull, route, label, and terminate low-voltage and fiber optic cabling. -Install cable racks, J-hooks, ladder racks, PDUs, and other supporting structures. -Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas while following all safety procedures. -Perform testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks on cabling systems. -Mount and configure servers, switches, and network equipment per specifications.

A leading data center construction project is seeking skilled Technicians and Construction Laborers to support installation and build-out activities across multiple sites in the Columbus–New Albany area. Candidates must be comfortable working in a hyperscale data center environment with full PPE, performing hands-on installation, cabling, and equipment setup. -1+ year of experience installing or troubleshooting network cabling (data center experience preferred). -Must own basic hand tools and safety gear and be able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders/lifts, and work in active construction environments. -Ability to read blueprints/schematics and follow direction efficiently.
