Overview

Oversee USF turf, landscape, hardscape; manage budgets, procurement, training, and maintenance.

Tasks

-Assist in procurement of all materials required to administer a validated management program using approved vendors and within approved protocol -Assist in development and implementation plans for emergency response due to inclement weather i.e. hurricane, tornado or other catastrophes -Field(s) set up and take down -Implement schedules for the management of the grounds and landscape beds, including cultural management plan, set ups -Implement training protocol for regulatory compliance, safety and technical needs -Maintain impeccable records of all actions taken to manage identified pests/ abatement or application processes -Light maintenance and repair of equipment -Document and record all training -Implement Standard Operating Procedures, follow all protocol and implement Quality Assurance plan

What You Bring

-Efficient in Word, Excel, Power Point and/or other compatible programs. -Good written (report writing) and oral communication (public speaking) skills. -Have or be able to demonstrate ability to obtain pesticide license within six months from hire in the following categories: core, turf, and ornamentals. -Ability to promote awareness to management program. -Minimum of a two-year degree in Turf, Agronomy / Horticulture related field, or related experience
