Tasks

This is a full-time on-site role based in Waukesha, WI for a Senior PLM Process Adoption Lead. The Senior PLM Process Adoption Lead will be responsible for leading the implementation and continuous improvement of PTC-Windchill-based Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes. This entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities, developing strategies for PLM adoption, training and supporting end-users, ensuring data integrity and compliance, and driving the integration of PLM systems with other enterprise applications.

-Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field -Excellent communication and training skills -Experience in the energy solutions industry is a plus -Strong project management and leadership skills -Expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes and systems essential, deep PTC Windchill knowledge in particular. -Experience in integrating PLM systems with other enterprise applications, middle ware, SAP, and cloud-based solutions -Experience in process improvement and change management
