- Collaborate with Planning, Risk, Safety, and Data Analytics teams to align tools, metrics, and reporting practices.
- Prepare dashboards, deep dives, and escalation reports for executive leadership to drive risk awareness and performance interventions.
- Travel to jobsites across the country to participate in on-site reviews and strengthen understanding of project execution.
- Monitor Suffolk’s project portfolio to detect early lifecycle risks—from preconstruction through closeout.

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in construction operations or data analytics, with demonstrated exposure to project performance metrics or construction technology tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, Oracle preferred; Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to jobsites across the U.S. as part of deep dives and project reviews.
- Ability to simplify complex data and communicate insights to both field teams and executives.
