Overview

Perform cleaning, minor repairs, and maintain building upkeep during evening shifts.

Tasks

-Cleaning and stock restrooms. -Clean up spills withappropriate equipment. -Keep cleaning supplies in stock. -Work with a contract cleaning service when necessary. -Perform minor repairs. -Complete tasksin a timely mannerwith minimal supervision. -Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs. -Collect and dispose of trash. -Handle basic maintenance, building repairs, cleaning, and other janitorial work. -General cleaning of the building and keeping itmaintainedand in good condition. -Ensure doors are locked after hours.

What You Bring

-Basic math skills. -Work well when supervisors are not present. -Authorized to work in the U.S. –  We Use E-Verify -Able to use basic cleaning equipment. -High school diploma. -Ability to carry 30-50 pounds of equipment -Ability to manage your time efficiently. -Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. -Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
