Overview
Manage and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, campaigns, and reporting.

Tasks
-Track journey health (throughput, drop-offs, error rates) and campaign outcomes (deliverability, engagement, conversions/proxies). -Translate briefs into executable campaigns; manage segmentation, personalization, testing plans, proofs, and send approvals. -Manage change control (UAT checklists, documentation, and a release calendar) for journey/automation updates. -Define KPIs/success criteria; build standardized dashboards using Data Views/SQL and automated extracts. -Design, build, QA, schedule, and monitor Journey Builder flows and Automation Studio processes. -Oversee send management across BUs, including seed lists, naming/versioning standards, and campaign calendar hygiene. -Deliver recurring performance readouts and partner with Analytics/BI on attribution and test analysis. -Coordinate cross-team readiness (content, data, timing) to ensure on-time launches.

What You Bring
-Basic SSJS, scripting for automation, and experience with event/API-triggered journeys preferred. -Configure audience logic, entry/re-entry rules, suppressions, frequency caps, exit criteria, and alerting/error handling. -Working knowledge of AMPScript (read/modify) and familiarity with MC APIs (REST/SOAP); MC Connect experience preferred. -3 plus years of hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder). -Marketing Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Administrator certifications preferred. -Email Specialist certification. -Understanding of deliverability, compliance (CAN-SPAM/CASL/TCPA), and list hygiene best practices. -Marketing Cloud Administrator certification. -Proven strength in journeys, campaigns, and reporting (including SQL on Data Views).
