Managing and executing daily operations such as booking travel, assisting with expenses, coordinating compliance questionnaires - with a client focused mindset, ensuring efficient, high- quality service delivery that adapts to evolving business needs
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Expanding team, onboarding and development of team members to build a high performing Administration team
Supervising and mentoring Administrators, delivering ongoing feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

Prior experience in a corporate and/or international environment is highly desirable
Serving as the primary contact for Administrators, the candidate should be a strong communicator with a proactive mindset, passionate about coaching team members and empowering their career development through guidance and support
The candidate should be comfortable working in an intensive environment where tight deadlines are a regular occurrence and can easily adapt to change
Candidates should have proven experience (typically 5 years) in administrative, client services or office management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with administrative team and stakeholders
