Overview

Provide QEHS support, drive compliance and improvements in a manufacturing site.

Tasks

Work closely with Production and Technical teams to maintain quality performance and reporting. Participate in regular safety and quality meetings and contribute to improvement initiatives. Drive the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement strategies on site. Ensure all manufactured products meet brand, customer, and safety standards. Foster a strong health, safety, and environmental culture throughout the organisation. Provide Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (QEHS) support across operations, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, legislation, and customer requirements. Lead, coach, and develop individuals, supporting audits and maintaining site accreditations. Manage customer product complaints and ensure effective, timely resolutions. Take ownership of a key role within a forward-thinking manufacturing business. Develop and maintain quality procedures, monitor performance, and produce relevant reports. Identify and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness across teams.

What You Bring

Minimum 2+ years’ experience in QEHS within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Working knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001). Degree-level qualification in Health & Safety and Environmental disciplines.
