Tasks

The Project Control Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of NHC’s residential and mega development projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and in line with NHC’s quality, sustainability, and stakeholder expectations. The role focuses on planning, cost control, and risk management to ensure transparency, performance optimization, and successful project completion. -Maximize project profitability and return on investment. -Supervise project control staff and ensure consistent application of NHC’s project management standards. -Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring to meet scope, time, cost, and quality objectives. -Drive alignment with NHC’s strategic goals and operational excellence standards. -Ensure compliance with NHC policies, safety standards, and contractual obligations. -Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure continuity and delivery performance. -Manage cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. -Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. -Strengthen coordination and performance reporting between project teams and management. -Ensure effective time, cost, and quality control across NHC projects. -Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to align project performance with NHC’s strategic goals. -Contribute to project feasibility assessments and financial reviews to support informed decision-making. -Prepare accurate and timely progress reports and KPI dashboards for management.

What You Bring

-Business acumen and commercial awareness -Understanding of real estate development principles and NHC frameworks -Project Management Professional (PMP), Risk Management Professional (RMP), or equivalent certification preferred. -+10 years of experience in project control management. -Project scheduling (Primavera P6 and/or MS Project) -Proven experience in residential development, real estate, and mega projects within KSA is highly desirable. -Effective communication and teamwork -Cost management and control techniques -Master’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering Management (preferred). -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required).
