- Prepare and coordinate first-principles estimates (direct and indirect costs) for civil infrastructure tenders.
- Build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
- Produce clear, accurate, and high-quality tender documentation and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with design, construction and engineering teams to fully understand project scope, delivery methodology, and client expectations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the estimating function.

- Proficiency with estimating software (experience with CostX highly regarded).
- A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project cost drivers.

- Excellent analytical, numerical and communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
