Tasks

-Designs and implements effective PMO and project controls frameworks and strategies. -Ensures compliance with internal standards, client requirements, and legal regulations. -Manages baseline development and delivery performance, including quantitative risk analysis. -Acts as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in PMO and project controls. -Oversees cost, schedule, risk, change, and reporting processes to meet project objectives. -Provides leadership, mentorship, and line management to junior PMO staff. -Supports recruitment, fosters innovation, and contributes to carbon reduction goals. -Leads governance, performance reviews, and structured reporting cycles. -Accountable for PMO and project controls performance across assigned projects or programs. -Leads coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams on all PMO matters.
