Lead precast concrete design for infrastructure, mentor staff, ensure code compliance

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Create accurate drawings, plans, and specifications for precast projects aligned with industry design standards. -Collaborate with project teams to deliver structurally sound, cost-effective, and visually appealing precast concrete designs. -Support cost estimation for materials -Lead and execute precast engineering and design tasks efficiently. -Support Project Managers and Designers throughout the project lifecycle. -Engage with dynamic groups such as the Community Impact and Fun Committees, Fisher Minds (ERG), and the Employee Advisory Group. -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of codes, technologies, and advancements in the precast-prestressed field. -Perform and review structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety under various loads and conditions. -Promote, utilize and support QA/QC processes to guarantee quality deliverables. -Mentor junior staff and support their technical development. -Select materials and components for precast concrete production that meet strength, durability, and sustainability standards.

What You Bring
