Tasks

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, finance, economics, or a related field is typically required -Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. -Proven track record in multiple forecasting models – Quantitative and Qualitative -Five to seven (5–7) years of relevant experience in supply chain, operations, analytics, or materials management, often with supervisory responsibilities -Proficiency in inventory and supply chain management software (e.g., Oracle, ERP systems), demand planning tools (like SAP/APO, NetSuite, or Oracle), advanced skills in Salesforce, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite -Experience with both direct and distribution channels and various fill rate metrics is essential -Strong ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and interpret financial and operational impacts
