Tasks

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Land Acquisition, based in Charleston, SC. The Director of Land Acquisition will oversee the identification, evaluation, and procurement of land to support Lennar’s residential development initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, engaging in contract negotiations, evaluating land use plans, and facilitating due diligence. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and local partners will be vital to ensure alignment with company goals.

What You Bring

-Experience conducting Due Diligence and feasibility analysis -Familiarity with local Charleston, SC markets and regulations is advantageous -Excellent communication and analytical skills -Proven expertise in Contract Negotiation and Acquisitions -Experience in the homebuilding industry is a plus -Strong knowledge of Land Use Planning and Land Development -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or a related field -Leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and processes
