Tasks

-Preparing and explaining lease documents with accuracy and professionalism to ensure a smooth move-in experience. -Guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, conducting tours, and showcasing the community's features and amenities. -Upholding high standards for customer service, resident satisfaction, and professionalism in all interactions. -Participating in company training programs to continuously grow your knowledge and skills in property management. -Maintaining leasing and traffic data, responding to inquiries, and implementing creative sales and marketing strategies to meet occupancy goals. -Engaging with residents through thoughtful service, coordinating resident events, and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere. -Assisting with applicant screening and compliance with affordable housing programs, where applicable. -Supporting daily operations alongside the Property Manager to ensure apartments are ready for move-in and meet quality standards.

What You Bring
