Equipment Fleet Coordinator

Overview

Manages equipment lifecycle, support, procurement, and admin tasks.

Tasks

-Completes invoices received, ensuring proper cost allocation and payment. -Creates and issues appropriate purchase documents, expedites orders, and ensure receipt of equipment and accuracy of invoicing. -Develops general equipment and tool knowledge including general understanding of equipment and small tool repair costs and processes by working with internal and external subject matter experts (SME’s), using supplier resources and varied acquisition assignments. -Completes ongoing equipment administration function in support of equipment and tool transfers, accounting activities, and repair/service. -Provides support to procurement and equipment managers (estimating, planning, job site setup, specialized equipment, etc.) -Performs administrative functions relating to gathering and analyzing quotes, researching specifications, and performing calculations in support of acquisitions. -Assists with tracking and process of equipment titles/Manufacturer Certificate of Origin (MCO) application process, annual registration renewals and cancelations. -Provides direct equipment and tool support to customers. -Develops and maintains strong, customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders. -Occasional outdoor work in various weather conditions. -Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work at elevated heights as needed.

What You Bring

-Ability to understand and apply basic financial concepts. -Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships. -Able to carry 50 lbs. of tools and/or materials without assistance. -Pass a pre-employment physical examination, DOT and/or Non-DOT drug/alcohol screen, and background check. -Basic mechanical and technological aptitude. -Basic aptitude with E1 equipment management software. -Strong customer-service skills. -Minimum 1 year of construction or equipment experience preferred. -Basic knowledge and application of construction tools and equipment. -Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. -Compliance with all PCL policies, procedures, and safety rules. -Basic knowledge and awareness of construction and contracts. -Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. -Awareness of impact to construction activities, schedule, and cost that equipment supply and services have. -Basic negotiation skills. -Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Strong interpersonal skills. -Basic ability to facilitate conflict resolution. -Ability to understand and employ company’s specifications, methods, and procedures. -Aptitude and desire for corporate responsibility, integrity and business practices, and ethical decision making.
