Overview

Serve as primary contact for homeowners, coordinating sales, scheduling, and post-install support.

Tasks

-Work with sales reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs or jobs in progress. -Send out the post-installation survey and resolve any post-installation situations. -Provide Signature Service to homeowners. -Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner. -Create and maintain homeowners’ job files. -Work with retail service reps and scheduling teams to move the homeowner’s job through the process. -Schedule homeowners’ technical measures, installation dates, and make reminder calls.

What You Bring

-1+ years of customer service experience -High attention to detail & level of organization. -Must possess strong communication skills and time management skills. -Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks. -Strong competence in MS Office software.
