What You Bring

4 or more years of field or trade work experience as a journey-level mechanical piping insulator in a commercial, or facilities operations setting; government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred. Position SummaryWe are seeking experienced Mechanical & Piping Insulators to join our self-perform team for ongoing work at NS Mayport Base. This role involves applying insulating materials to mechanical systems, ductwork, and piping to control and maintain temperature, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and safety standards. Completion of a Union, private (in-house), military, or trade school apprenticeship program preferred.
