-Handle cancellations with care and professionalism. -Manage renewals, credit card updates, and retention goals. -Deliver outstanding service through calls, texts, and emails. -Achieve all membership run rate goals for visits and renewals. -Ensure every Jolly Home Plan member receives their scheduled maintenance visits.
