This role is critical to their preconstruction process, focusing on accurate and competitive estimates for concrete restoration scopes. The estimator will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery from bid to closeout. -Familiarity with structural repair methods, coatings, sealants, and waterproofing systems. -Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and field conditions. -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). -Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. -Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar). -3+ years of experience in concrete estimating, with a strong preference for restoration, repair, or rehabilitation projects.
