SDLC Technical Analyst

Tasks

-Manage artifact inspection processes and monitor approval workflows. -Provide support for SAP ChaRM and Solution Manager during project implementations. -Ensure timely and accurate deployment of changes across environments. -Perform SDLC artifact compliance checks post-deployment, including emergency releases. -Maintain dashboards and trackers for release performance and compliance. -Coordinate with inspection approval groups, release managers, and change management teams. -Ensure adherence to ChaRM processes for AMS and project releases. -Collaborate with QA, AMS, and SD teams to implement scheduled releases (Monthly, Weekly, Emergency). -Ensure timely closure of inspection issues and maintain audit readiness. -Communicate gating results to stakeholders and ensure corrective actions are tracked and resolved. -Handle Customer Service Requests (CSRs) for enhancements and optimizations in ChaRM workflows. -Identify and implement improvements in ChaRM and release management processes. -Execute quality gating procedures and generate scorecards based on defined quality gate criteria. -Generate and distribute weekly/monthly reporting data on transport activities, release status, and change metrics. -Manage transport movement across all SAP landscapes (Development, QA, Production). -Contribute to automation, documentation, and training initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

What You Bring

-Minimum 1-3 years relevant proven experience in SAP Change and Release Management, including ChaRM and SolMan. -Proficiency in SAP transport tools, reporting systems, and quality assurance methodologies. -Strong understanding of SDLC processes and compliance frameworks. -Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required. -Excellent coordination and communication skills across technical and business teams.
