Jr. Equipment Officer

Overview

Supports plant operations by managing equipment, supplies, maintenance and documentation.

Tasks

To support in all phases of plant operations including: Production, maintenance, quality control, receiving, supplies, mobilization/demobilization, plant safety and housekeeping. -Collects/checks daily time sheet for manpower/equipment from respective jobs -Follows up for disposal of hazardous, non-hazardous, and waste from plant -Follows up for store stock of more frequent items like consumables -Checks and audits maintenance activities and provide support to maintenance team -Follows up to obtain permit for mobilization/demobilization of any equipment (if required) -Supports operational team with allocation for the successful day-to-day operation -Ensures supply of equipment to all jobs in time -Follows up for document updating like registration, insurance, 3rd party safety certificate, gate pass, permit for all equipment whichever applied and also for operators/drivers whomever applied -Maintains document of all equipment with current location, condition, distinguished profile -Updates Amana plant system with all transactions related to rentals and maintenance done
