Overview

Maintain gardens, lawns, and grounds, handling plant care, landscaping and minor repairs.

Tasks

-Clearing leaves around the site, both by machine and manually -Assisting residents with any gardening or horticulturally based queries. -Carrying out minor repairs around the estate -Helping with guttering and gully clearance -Carrying out landscaping duties including drainage clearance, pathways, and steps -Cultivating grassed areas, flower beds, hedges, shrubs, and borders

What You Bring

-Strong general plant knowledge -Previous experience working within grounds care and maintenance -Any qualifications within the horticultural would be desirable, but not essential. -Competent working to Health and Safety and COSHH regulations
