Tasks

-Stay current on flooring products, design trends, and installation processes -Manage the customer journey from initial contact through final installation, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience -Exceptional Follow-Through: Ensure customers feel supported throughout the entire process -Conduct in-home consultations, listening closely to customer needs and providing tailored flooring recommendations -Personalized Customer Service: Spend quality time with each client to ensure the best results -Collaborate with our team while also managing your own sales pipeline independently

What You Bring

-Experience: 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience (flooring knowledge is a must) -Problem-Solving & Negotiation Skills: Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction -Detail-Oriented & Process-Driven: Ability to manage multiple client interactions seamlessly -Outstanding Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect, advise, and influence purchasing decisions -Present a wide range of flooring options, balancing style, function, and budget -Able to Work Independently, Yet Collaboratively: Confident in managing your own sales pipeline while contributing to team goals -Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology for scheduling, quoting, and communication -Valid Driver’s License: Required for travel to customer locations -Strong flooring knowledge and an understanding of materials, trends, and installation processes
