Role

Engineering and maintenance functions, factor acceptance testing site installation and commissioning
Ensuring when plant is handed over its safe, reviewing maintenance
Will work between maintenance team to ensure decisions made are in best interest of engineering function and alignment with other facilities
Focus on maintenance – preventative maintenance, spare parts assessments
Direction of maintenance personnel working on the plant
Management of a computerised maintenance management system
Failure mode analysis – assessing what can be done to prevent failures

Project Engineering or Operational Readiness experience
A minimum of 3 years experience in Maintenance/Process Engineering.
A logical/analytical approach to problem solving.
Prepared to undertake a concentrated period of learning to become competent in the role with both the site’s Maintenance and utilities team and the project.
Conduit between project and site engineering functions
Experience/exposure to Capital Projects or Pharmaceuticals manufacture (cGxP systems) will be highly regarded GMP Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Operational experience in the requirements of the code of Good Manufacturing Practice [cGMP] in a Pharmaceutical environment.
Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office suite of programs.
Will work with SAP Data entry and E&I team (don’t need to be a SAP guru)
Degree in an appropriate discipline (mechanical, electrical, chemical or other related discipline) from a recognised tertiary education institution, together with eligibility for professional membership of the relevant college of the Institute of Engineers.
Familiarity with computerised maintenance management systems (i.e. SAP)
Personal organisation and work planning skills.
Maintenance/Process Engineering experience specifically with highly automated pharmaceutical equipment.
Pharmaceutical Bulk Processing or Fill/Finish experience
A sound knowledge of plant diagnostic methods and reliability engineering.
