Tasks
As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be the first point of contact for potential buyers visiting our marketing suite. Your role is to provide exceptional service, build strong customer relationships, and guide purchasers through every step of the home-buying journey – from first enquiry through to completion. -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the development, local market, and product specifications -Achieve sales targets in line with site objectives and company standards -Welcome and engage with all visitors to the development, providing a positive and informative experience -Accurately complete all sales paperwork and maintain CRM systems -Work closely with site managers, mortgage advisors, and solicitors to ensure a seamless buyer experience -Represent the company brand professionally at all times -Guide customers through the full sales process, from enquiry to reservation to completion

What You Bring
