-Guide applicants through the leasing process, from application to move-in -Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person -Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with leasing policies and Fair Housing laws -Greet and engage with prospective residents, providing tours of available units and amenities -Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure retention -Assist with marketing efforts and community events

What You Bring

-Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Proficiency in property management software, AppFolio, or willingness to learn -Ability to work Monday – Friday, and Saturday if necessitated by occupancy
