Manage end-to-end real estate escrow closings, coordinating parties and ensuring compliance.

Tasks

-Acts as the liaison between attorneys and lenders at closing -Ensures closing package is properly executed -Obtains special assessment letters from each municipality as well as working with local Department of Neighborhood Housing to acquire needed investor/rehab documents -Reviews title commitment and is responsible for collecting title clearance -Attends and manages real estate closings -Prepares miscellaneous documents required at closing -Enters closing figures; balances and funds files -Reviews mortgage payoffs for accuracy and transmits payoff funds

What You Bring

-Excellent organizational skills (attention to detail) -Excellent computer and technology skills -Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required -Dynamic personality and strong work ethic -3+ years closing experience in a title company setting -Valid Notary commission with the State -Industry knowledge and experience required -Ability to work with confidential information and data -Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) -Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously -Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
