The Role

Overview

Assist in managing land/property transactions for the Sizewell C project.

Tasks

-Work with external consultants (agents, solicitors) and help resolve land-related issues. -Assist in securing rights and access arrangements, including those under the Development Consent Order (DCO). -Help maintain and improve our land and property database. -Collaborate with internal teams to align land commitments and resolve conflicts. -Support budgeting, forecasting, and risk management activities. -Build strong relationships across project teams to support successful delivery. -Contribute to governance and health & safety compliance, including drafting reports and documentation. -Learn to manage commercial land/property transactions and ensure compliance. -Apply and develop knowledge of landlord and tenant law and property valuation.

What You Bring

-Gain experience in procurement and financial processes for external advisors. -RICS qualification is a plus, but not essential. -Strong communication and problem-solving skills. -Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
